The 5th general assembly of Asian Federation of kickboxing was held at the same time of world championship 2005 in Hamedan .
This assembly that was held towards the unifying the kickboxing organizations &, started its activities to develop and standardizing this sport in all around vast Asia.
In This assembly which was held with the attendance of the new countries and AFK main members , the ways of entering amateur kickboxing in to Asian game and Asian regional games were considered and the following results have been obtained;
1. AFK as the only Asian federation of kickboxing It was decided that ;
And the pioneer of developing this sport in all around vast Asia should activate all national federation of Asian countries up to the end of 2006 and calls all the countries that don’t have kickboxing federation to cooperate with them and organizes kickboxing federation.
2. AFK board and general assembly confirmed that it would send the complaint letter with the no ……………………….in …………………………… to Olympic council of Asia and if this letter would not be considered it should be sent to the International court, International Olympic committee and also all the responsible authorities. And if necessary the problem no ……… should be considered in another meeting with OCA.
3. WFK member countries are only WFK members and AFK that is WFK Asian part should support his members regarding the constitution.
4. According to the request of WFK general assembly ; Mr. Sardor Tashkhodjaev , the administrative &technical council elections of Asian federation was held again (at this time Mr. Sardor Tashkhodjaev was AFK & WFK general secretary simultaneously )and the following new results have obtained;
The following persons obtain these positions:
1. Professor .Babajan AFK central Asian vice-president
2. Mr.Anandan AFK south Asian federation secretary general
3. Mr.Ali ghaffari AFK technical committee chairman
4. Mr.Morteza Ghodrati AFK HQ office chairman

At the end of the meeting, the attendants signed the sanctioned regulations.

World Federation of kickboxing (WFK) is able to hold the world championship during 2 or 3 period’s .The board should obtain the general assembly perfect agreement in order to separate the WFK world championship. If it was decided that the world championship would be held at 2 or 3 different places, so the circumstances of the holding and the styles would be done according to the host country’s ability. The competition in ring &Tatami styles and in all age groups is called “WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP”. The competition in some styles or age groups is called “WORLD CUP”.
6. WFK that has been recognized officially from OCA and its continental federation (AFK) that is developing kickboxing in Asian games will do its best in order to recognize American & African federation in 2006.
7. WFK open Asian championship 2006 will be in Bangalore India at end of February
8. WFK World championship 2006 will be in Tashkent Uzbekistan at end of April. The
9. WFK open African championship 2006 will be in Madagascar at end of June.
10. World clubs championship 2006 will be in Pyongyang DPR Korea at end of August. The attendants confirmed and signed it.
