" World and continental Administrative elections "

World federation of kickboxing (W.F.K) held its elections during open Asian championship 2005 in Tashkent .

WFK constitution was considered and confirmed by representatives. It was decided that; 2009 elections would be held in coordination with WFK central office and WFK president.

And also it was decided that; five federations under the supervision of WFK, should hold their 2005 elections under the supervision of WFK president and in cooperation with national Olympic committees (NCOs) of countries.

1-Five Federations, which are with some area federations under the supervision of WFK federation, are as follows:

1- ASIAN FEDERATION OF KICKBOXING "AFK"

- West Asian kickboxing federation

- East Asian kickboxing federation

- South Asian kickboxing federation

- Central Asia kickboxing federation

- South East Asian kickboxing federation

2- EUROPEAN FEDERATION OF KICKBOXING "EFK"

-East European federation of kickboxing

-West European federation of kickboxing

-Mediterranean federation of kickboxing

3-AFRICAN KICKBOXING FEDERATION AKF

-West African kickboxing federation

-East African kickboxing federation

4-OCEANIA FEDERATION OF KICKBOXING OFK

5-KICKBOXING FEDERATION OF AMERICAN KFA

-Kickboxing federation of North American

-Kickboxing federation of South American

2-The constitution of five continental federations and all area federations should be arranged similar to WFK rules and regulations.

3-It was decided that continental federations (AFK, EFK, OFK, AFK, and KFA) should hold continental championship annually and move towards achieving the goals of entrance to continental games and world games for example Asian games and Asian indoor games and pan American games and Arab games.

4-It was decided that, the parts of all continental federations' constitution should be arranged in the following meeting during open Asian championship 2005 in Tashkent .

5-representative of NOC Uzbekistan attended at elections as the supervisor and confirmed the W.F.K rules and regulations and instructions.

6- After electing and counting the votes it was decided that W.F.K federation should present the results to the all national Olympic committees (N.O.Cs) of all countries, office of international martial arts games committee IMGC, and sport committee of Olympic council of Asia (O.C.A), the responsible of holding Asian games and Asian indoor games and also the following results were made:

7- It was decided that the OFK and KFA and AKF elections should be held at the time of their CONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2005.continetal federation administration are including president, vice president ,secretary general a, Technical & Referees committee, Medicine committee, Treasurer and area vice-presidents.

During the meeting of sport summit of Asia and the world kickboxing sport, which was held at the time of 2005 Uzbekistan Asian Championship, it was deciding that:

1. World federation of kickboxing (WFK) Asian federation of kickboxing AFK central office should still be located in Hamedan IRAN .

2. Semi contact and light contact styles as Tatami sport and full contact and low kick styles as ring sport should be included the main four styles in WFK federation.

3. WFK Asian federation AFK should arrange its rules and regulations similar to the OCA ones. And it should move towards entering kickboxing world sport in Olympic Games.

4. European federation of kickboxing (EFK) central office should still be located in pathos CYPRUS .

5. WFK/AFK federations of kickboxing secretary general office should still be located in Tashkent Uzbekistan .

6. The all divisions and categories has been changed to:

Upcoming Event of

" World Federation of Kickboxing "

It was decided, during WFK general assembly, that; the continental championships would be held annually and in the minimum of six months before WFK world championship.

And also, it was decided that 2005 open Asian championships would be held at the 18 th to 23 rd may 2005 in Tashkent Uzbekistan .

And 2006 Asian Championships in Mongolia

And 2007 Asian Championships in Iran

And 2005 European Championship in Cyprus

And 2005 World Championships in Cyprus

And 2006 World Championships in Uzbekistan

And we can tack decision for another next event in next general assembly.

Membership:

1. GOVERNMENTAL FEDERATION:

Those of federations, which act under the supervision of physical ministry and national Olympic committee.

2. NON-GOVERNMENTAL FEDERATION:

Applied to the WFK associations and agencies which have not received the authorization of acting as the national federation of kickboxing in that country.

MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS:

1. remittance of membership application with the acceptance form and the applicant's biography and constitution of the national federation.

2. If NOC supports that country, the copy of authorization form must be sent.

3. Payment of the agencies costs up to the end of the current year.

4. Observing the rules and regulations of WFK constitution.

FINISHING THE MEMBERSHIP:

The member's membership ends with his resignation, rejection or break down of the national federation and provincial units. And also, if the disciplinary council of WFK federation rejects one member's competence, a legal committee will send his/her resignation to WFK general secretary in the course of an official statement and recorded letter. And it should inform the member about the final decision made by general secretary in the course of three months.

If a member damages the interests and values of federation in any way, and damage its credits from inside or outside or dishonor or turn away the rules, he should be banned to some extent from the executive committee. The act of decision-making should be assessed by the delegations conference and then it should adapt the final decision.

If a member challenges his/her nationality or transfer his/her residence, he should inform the general secretary about it to make the needed decisions.

If one of the WFK main member fails in participating in the senior members conference or he or she doesn't do his best In his responsibility and he continues in this way for about one year or doesn't have an active appearance, it would better for him to resign and his resignation will be considered at legal committee and will be announced by the general secretary.
