Calendar meeting

The second general assembly of Asian Federation of Kickboxing (AFK) was held in 9 th -11 th November 2004 in Cosus hotel of Moscow with the attendance of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, India, Russia, Jordan representatives and also multy sport company representative. During this meeting the below subjects were considered and the representatives confirmed them:

1-AFK Administration election

2-The last changes in AFK constitution

3-Arranging the time of organizing five federations under supervision of AFK

-West Asia

-East Asia

-South Asia

-Central Asia

-South-East Asia

4-Arranging the time of holding Asian championship of 2005,2006 of AFK

Administrative elections

Asian federation of kickboxing (A.F.K) held its election s during world cup 2004 in Moscow.

AFK constitution was considered and confirmed by representatives. It was decided that; 2008 elections would be held in coordination with AFK central office and AFK president.

And also it was decided that; five federations under the supervision of AFK, should hold their 2005 elections under the supervision of AFK president and in cooperation with national Olympic committees (NCOs) of Asian countries.

1-five federations, which are under the supervision of AFK federation, are as follows:

-West Asian kickboxing federation

-East Asian kickboxing federation

-South Asian kickboxing federation

-Central Asia kickboxing federation

-South East Asian kickboxing federation

2-the constitution of five federations should be arranged similar to AFK rules and regulations.

3-it was decided that AFK should hold Asian championship annually and move towards achieving the goals of entrance to Asian games and Asian indoor games.

4-it was decided that, the parts of AFK constitution should be arranged in the following meeting at the beginning 2005 in Iran.

5-Dr. Fawaz attended at elections as the supervisor of Olympic council of Asia (O.C.A) and confirmed the A.F.K rules and regulations and instructions.

7- after electing and counting the votes it was decided that A.F.K federation should present the results to the all national Olympic committees (N.O.Cs) of Asian countries, sport committee of Olympic council of Asia (O.C.A), the responsible of holding Asian games and Asian indoor games and also the following results were made:

1 president: Mohammad ghasem manouchehri

2 general secretary: sardor tashkodjaev

-West Asian: vacant

-East Asian: vacant

-Central Asian: Anton bodykov

-South Asian: Vacant

-South East Asian: vacant

4-treasurer: zohreh ashoorloo

5-referees committee: Mohammad reza

6-discipline committee: Vacant

8- it was decided that the west Asian elections should be held at the time of Asia super tournament on January 2005 in Iran.

At the end, the official letter was provided in two copies and signed by attendants.

The confirmation of the latest changes and regulations

During the meeting of sport summit of Asia and the world kickboxing sport, which was held at the time of 2004 Moscow world cup championships, it was decide that:

1. Asian federation of kickboxing (AFK) central office should still be located in Iran.

2. Semi contact and light contact styles as Tatami sport and full contact and low kick styles as ring sport should be included the main four styles in AFK federation.

3. AFK should arrange its rules and regulations similar to the OCA ones. And it should move towards entering kickboxing world sport in Olympic games.

2005, 2006 Asian championship

It was decided, during AFK general assembly, that; the Asian championships would be held annually and in the minimum of six months before world championship.

And also, it was decided that 2005 Asian championships would be held at the end of June in Iran.

And 2006 Asian championships in………..

At the end the official report was confirmed and signed by the attendants.

Arranging the time of elections and the constitution of five federations

During the A.F.K general assembly, it was decided that; west Asia elections should be held at the beginning January 2005 in Hamadan at the same time of international super tournament.

The constitution of west Asia kickboxing federation should be arranged similar to A.F.K Asian federation of kickboxing.
